Heidi LeBlanc

Board Member, Maine Jobs Council
Heidi has worked with children and families for over 30 years. Her experience ranges from Early education/intervention to residential services for people with disabilities. She received her BA in Psychology from Colby College and her M.Ed in Special Education/Early Intervention from the University of Maine. As Chief Operating Officer, Heidi has primary responsibility for the administration of the Community Services Block Grant (CSBG), which supports the Penquis mission to alleviate and prevent poverty in the lives of individuals, families and communities. She also has oversight of several departments at Penquis including Child Development, Transportation, Housing and Energy, Housing Development, Maine Stream Finance and Family Enrichment services.

Andy Nichols

Chief Executive Officer and Co-Owner of Elmet Technologies LLC Mr. Nichols has been actively engaged in the Vistage CEO New England Chapter since 2018 and currently serves on the board of the Maine Jobs Council.

Marc Lacasse

Board Member, Maine Jobs Council
Marc is the President and CEO of Augusta Fuel Company. AFC is locally owned and operated. Whether it’s for a heating oil or propane delivery, or equipment repairs. When you need us, we’re there.

Brian Parke

Board Member, Maine Jobs Council
Brian Parke is the President and CEO of the Maine Motor Transport Association and currently a Director of the Maine Jobs Council.

Brian Souers

Board Member, Maine Jobs Council
Brian Souers is the owner and President of Treeline, Inc. His vision was to develop a company that would advance Professional Forest Management in Maine. Brian started in business with only a chainsaw and a horse named Captain.

Tim Hebert

Board Member, Maine Jobs Council
Tim is the co-owner of Hebert construction, a third-generation family owned Maine construction management and general contracting firm. Tim lives in Yarmouth, ME with his Wife, Melissa, two sons, Jack & Sawyer and their dogs, Birdie & Barley.

Joel Allumbaugh

Board Member, Maine Jobs Council
Joel Allumbaugh is President and CEO of National Worksite Benefit Group (NWBG), Inc., dba The Allumbaugh Agency. He founded NWBG in 2004, a full-service employee benefits insurance agency specializing in patient-centered health plan strategies. Joel is a Visiting Senior Fellow at the Foundation for Government Accountability and is past Director of the Center for Health Reform Initiatives at the Maine Heritage Policy Center and President of the Maine Association of Health Underwriters.

Mitch DeBlois

Board Member, Maine Jobs Council
Mitch DeBlois is the President of DeBlois Electric, one of Maine’s leading electrical contracting companies. The company currently employs 70 team members and has been awarded the distinction of being one of Maine’s Best Places to Work.

Amos McCannell

Board Member, Maine Jobs Council
Amos is the CFO of HO Bouchard Inc., in Hampden. HO Bouchard is a specialty tanker fleet servicing the greater New England region and parts of Canada. We transport products such as cement powder, liquid asphalt, propane, light oil and chemicals to name a few.

Jim Lynch

Board Member, Maine Jobs Council
Jim Lynch is one of the original founders of Maine Commercial Tire, Inc. and serves as its Vice President and CFO. MCT has been in business for over 30 years and primarily services the commercial truck tire market within Maine

Joe Edwards

Board Member, Maine Jobs Council
Joe is a former State of Maine Insurance Superintendent and a long-time administrator of statewide workers’ compensation insurance funds. He has been heavily involved with workers’ compensation insurance legislation in a number of states, and has long been interested in improving the economic climate in Maine. He is a founding member of both the Maine Jobs Council and the Alliance for Maine.
